Hate Crime
If you are the victim of a crime that you suspect was motivated by racism, such as physical or verbal attacks, threats, theft or vandalism



Racial Profiling
If you are suspected, stopped, interrogated or searched by police or security guards and you think it was because of your ethnicity, skin color, etc.



Excessive Force
If a police officer, security guard, or other law enforcement officer used unnecessary aggression and / or violence during an encounter



Discrimination
If you suspect that you have been discriminated against on the basis of your ethnicity, skin color or religion at e.g. your school, at work, etc.

What forms of racism can I report?
The specific form of racism that targets Black people and people of African descent. Also commonly referred to as anti-Black racism. Afrophobia is based on stereotypes and constructions of people of African descent rooted in colonialism and slavery.



The specific form of racism that targets Muslims and people associated with Islam through national origin, culture, or ethnicity. Islamophobia is rooted in colonial stereotypes and constructions about Islam, Muslim societies, and the so-called "Arab world".



The specific form of racism targeting Roma people and Travellers. The Roma - a collective term referring to many different peoples with different histories, cultures, and experiences - have lived and faced persecution and discrimination in Europe for over 500 years.



There are also many other forms of racism against different racialized communities in Sweden, such as anti-Asian racism, racism against Sami people, and antisemitism. You do not need to specify or define it in order to report your experiences!
